Categories and nature of the data processed

Fonderia Mestieri srl will process the personal data of users collected during navigation and use of the site, as well as at the time of submitting the contact form, through electronic and automated tools (see also previous section "Cookies").


Personal data may be processed for the following purposes: 

a) respond to specific user requests; 

b) comply with legal obligations; 

c) execution of statistics and measurement of customer satisfaction, as well as the sending of commercial communications and newsletters (by post and telephone, e-mail and text messages, also through automated tools) to contacts issued at the time of completing the contact form ; 

d) processing of information relating to the use of the Site (such as frequency of use, methods, habits, interests, statistics, etc.) through the use of cookies (see the following section "Cookies Policy of Fonderia Mestieri srl"). Where necessary, Fonderia Mestieri srl, will acquire the specific consent of users to the relative use of data (eg for sending commercial communications).

Mandatory or optional nature of the provision of data and consequences of any refusal

Regarding the purposes referred to in points a), b) c) d) above, the provision of your personal data to Fonderia Mestieri srl is mandatory, and the related processing requires your consent. Any refusal to provide the data may determine the impossibility for Fonderia Mestieri srl to initiate communications. The provision of data relating to the fields marked as non-mandatory in the registration forms is optional. The content of the communications via e-mail is filed by Fonderia Mestieri srl.

Method of treatment

Personal data are processed with automated tools, with logic strictly related to the purposes themselves, for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected or to comply with any legal obligations. Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access. The information collected is recorded in a secure environment.

Scope of data communication

Personal data will not be disclosed and may be communicated in Italy or in other EU countries within the scope of the aforementioned purposes, to third parties acting on behalf of or in the name of Fonderia Mestieri srl, such as those responsible for advice, lenders, our legal and tax advisors, etc. For the aforementioned purposes, the data may be disclosed to personnel in charge of Fonderia Mestieri srl or its controllers.  The responsible of the treatment for Fonderia Mestieri srl is to be identified in the figure of the Director of Administration. With reference to the mailing service, the user acts as the data controller, while Fonderia Mestieri srl as the controller.  

Rights of the interested party

We inform you that the Privacy Code gives you the exercise of specific rights. In particular, at any time, you can obtain: a) confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning you, even if not yet registered, and their communication in an intelligible form; b) the indication of the origin of personal data, of the purposes and methods of the processing and of the logic applied in case of treatment carried out with the aid of electronic instruments; c) an indication of the identification details of the data controller and of the data processors and of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of them; d) the updating, rectification, integration of data, as well as the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those that do not need to be kept in relation to the purposes for what data were collected or subsequently processed; e) the attestation that the operations referred to in letter d) have been brought to the attention, also with regard to their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated, except in the case where this fulfillment proves impossible or involves a use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right. The interested party, pursuant to art. 7 of the Privacy Code, has the right to oppose, for legitimate reasons, the processing of personal data, even if relevant to the purpose of collection, as well as the processing of personal data for the purpose of sending promotional communications or for other purposes for which has released the consent.
